REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refunds or Returns will not be accepted:

  • For change of mind
  • For misuse of the products
  • For a problem that is out of our control
  • If items are out of original packaging/used
  • If items are getting colour coded/customised in any way
  • If the items have been dispatched.
  • Items on sale/clearance

Refunds or Returns will only be accepted if the product does not fit the specified model or vehicle or if there is a manufacturing defect in the item. Claims must be made within 30 days, otherwise it will be rejected.

 Cancellation of orders for change of mind will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total order.
 

WARRANTY STATEMENT:

Armoured 4×4 warrant the original buyer only when purchased via one of our stores (Sydney and Geebung) from date of sale and cannot be transferred. Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship that cause the product to perform below reasonable standards. Armoured 4×4 will repair or replace any parts found to be defective upon inspection. Upon Inspection Armoured 4×4 will determine whether a replacement or repair will be issued if a claim is deemed a genuine warrantable claim. All warranty claims must be submitted via original purchasing store, proof of original purchase must be presented upon request.

For an assessment to repair or replace, products must be returned to original Armoured 4×4 store. Armoured 4×4 is not responsible for postage costs or removal costs.
 

WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ITEMS IN TRANSIT

We (Armoured4x4) are not liable for any damage or loss of items in transit. 

No damaged or defective items leave our warehouse.

INSTALLATION

Armoured4x4 recommends professional installation, we are not liable for any damage to the items or to the vehicle if the items were not installed by professionals.
