These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.armoured4x4.com.au and any purchase made from Armoured 4×4 Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 2/118 Bungaree Road, Pendle Hill NSW 2145, Australia.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

Products & Compatibility

Armoured 4×4 sells 4WD accessories and components including bullbars, bash plates, snorkels, roof racks, suspension kits, lighting, wheels, and more.

Compatibility Warning: It is your responsibility to ensure the product you are purchasing is compatible with your specific vehicle make, model, year, and variant. Product listings specify compatible vehicles. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item
Specifications (dimensions, weight, finish) are subject to change without notice
Some products are listed as pre-order items with estimated arrival dates — these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice
The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in product prices unless stated
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout
All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Orders & Confirmation

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion
If your order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., out of stock), we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative
Order amendments or cancellations may be requested by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not guaranteed for items already dispatched or custom orders

For pre-order items, your payment is taken at the time of ordering. ETAs are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to supply chain or freight circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and the size/weight of the item. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the carrier
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Re-delivery fees may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information
Large items (bullbars, roof racks, trays) may require a loading dock or tail-lift delivery — please advise us if required

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Item is not as described	Full refund or exchange
Wrong item received	Replacement sent at our cost
Change of mind (item unused & in original packaging)	Exchange or store credit — return shipping at buyer’s cost
Incompatibility due to buyer error	Exchange or store credit — return shipping at buyer’s cost, restocking fee may apply

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@armoured4x4.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging. Installed or modified products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Note: We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, modified, or used, unless the item is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect.

Warranty

All products sold by Armoured 4×4 are covered by the Australian Consumer Law statutory guarantees, which cannot be excluded. In addition:

Manufacturer warranties apply where specified on the product listing
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, off-road damage, accident, or normal wear and tear
Warranty is void if the product has been modified or installed contrary to our specifications

For warranty enquiries, contact us at admin@armoured4x4.com.au with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

Installation

Armoured 4×4 offers professional installation services at our Pendle Hill workshop. If you choose to have your product installed by us:

Installation is performed by licensed and experienced technicians
An installation booking must be confirmed in advance
We also install products not supplied by us — contact us for a quote

Self-installation: If you choose to install products yourself or via a third party, Armoured 4×4 accepts no liability for improper installation or any resulting damage, injury, or vehicle compliance issues. We strongly recommend professional installation for structural components such as bullbars and suspension kits.

Certain accessories (e.g., bullbars, suspension lifts) may affect your vehicle’s compliance with Australian Design Rules (ADRs) or require re-engineering certification. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

Our liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of income, loss of data, or personal injury arising from use of our products
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Armoured 4×4 Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission
Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
